Project Feed Morocco

Project Feed Morocco is a not-for-profit charity organization with a mission to help sustainably feed villages and nomadic families in southern Morocco and fund agrarian projects that support these villages economically.

Project Feed Morocco is a not-for-profit charity organization with a mission to help sustainably feed villages and nomadic families in southern Morocco and fund agrarian projects that support these villages economically. Project Feed Morocco is the charitable arm of Morocco Traveler. Project Feed Morocco began with Morocco Traveler’s donation of 5% of our annual profits to supplying couscous, olive oil, and other basic food staples and necessities to villages in need. Project Feed Morocco will always be funded by Morocco Traveler and we also accept direct donations. Project Feed Morocco promotes a sustainable operation and 100% of your donation goes to projects as a result of our low operating costs. Our projects include livestock purchases, facility upgrades, and the construction of sustainable community paddocks for sheep and goats. The livestock husbandry from these actions builds a continuous supply of meat, leather, and wool for people in small villages.

Project Feed Morocco’s 2020 goal is to create an organization of women workers specialized in making artisanal southern Moroccan dairy products from community livestock to be sold to local restaurants, markets, and abroad to increase tangible income for the community. A small donation can go a long way in this part of the world.
